Ridge is a financial technology company that structures natural assets into regulated, ISIN-listed securities. Founded in 2023 and headquartered in Hamburg, Germany, we operate the platform that connects asset owners to institutional capital — directly and through distribution partners.
The Problem
A market infrastructure gap.
Natural assets — forestry, agriculture, regenerative land — represent a multi-trillion euro asset class. Institutional investors want exposure. Asset owners need capital. But there has been no standardised, regulated pathway between them. Existing options are fragmented, illiquid, and lack the compliance frameworks that institutional allocators require.

Asset owners upload data, manage profiles, and progress through structuring on the platform. Investors browse, evaluate, and invest independently. Ridge support is available — but never a bottleneck.

Martin Vogdt
Co-Founder
Martin is a co-founder of Ridge. Prior to Ridge he was the CPO at JUMO. Before that he worked at several Rocket Internet portfolio companies across Asia and Africa.
Sascha Breuss
Co-Founder
Sascha is a co-founder of Ridge. Prior to Ridge he was the MD and Founder of Jumia Advertising Group, as well as CEO at Zando and Rocket Internet South Africa.
Fleur Heyns
Chairwoman
Fleur is an Oxford-educated biochemist who co-founded and exited Global Trader after a career at JP Morgan. She now leads Proof, a company specialising in impact data intelligence. As Chairwoman she oversees the strategic vision as well as Public & Investor Relations.
